Lt. (?) Madarang
« on: December 09, 2010, 01:36:50 AM »
Ive seen the movie of Edu Manzano on his former action star greatness titled madarang: iginuhit sa Dugo. A nice film, funny and action packed. I got interested with the character. Who is Lt. Madarang? Can someone enlighten me about his story and heroism. It would be greatly appreciated.

EDITED: he was an Lt. pala. (|;)

Member of PMA Class 1982. In their site you can find his picture in the in memoriam section.

Try to google it.

I don't know if this is the same guy, but when I went through advanced ROTC at FEU in the early 80's, I had a Lt. Madarang as the senior military adviser to my (AdV-RO) graduating class.

He was grim, loved wearing his olive drab flight suit, and had a scar that ran underneath his chin from left ear to right ear. I wonder if this was the same guy.
