Looks like a mighty ship! (|8|

I would put a good CO on it, and not a boat captain or OIC.  :jeez:

She has a CO already, Capt Alberto Cruz.  Are you implying he's a just a boat captain or OIC?

We finally have a full-aspect view of PF-15. Note starboard RHIB present.

now that the Phalanx CIWS has been removed, is it possible to add to the Heneral Goyo MSI Defense 25 mm guns similar to those found at our Jacinto class patrol vessels? if ever there are provisions to do such, maybe we can have two of those added on the Heneral Goyo.

^ I believed that we have two different 25mm Bushmaster mounting system in use with PN.  The ones on Jacinto by MSI Defense and the US-centric Mk-88 mount/Mk38 systems on the Alvarez and the Andradas.

There is a Mk38 mod 2, which is an autonomous system, but would the US sell the technology to us?

Nice picture Sir A. Its seems that my initial analysis of the remove items are almost correct.

Sir A, whats the opposite ship of the BRP GDP?

Oops.. problem with the pics?

Like i've said before almost all sensors has been remove leaving the FCS mk92 mod1, Navigation radar, UHF and VHF radio. The problem is the time to to re-integrate and train for the new equipment if the US government dont want to give items like the Air search radar and etc. August is the time frame.

So this is the a hull looks like for a hefty sum of almost $ 8 million.

Mk38 mod2 is part of Typhoon Weapon System by BAE and Rafael

MSI Defense can provide a remote chain gun station coupled with a missile as an alternative or just the 25mm of JCPV. This are other options if PN wanted them much.

I believe the 25mm Mk38 mod 2 mounting is small as compared to the Phalanx CIWS mounts. Such position in the aft should be reserved for heavier weapons.

IMO if possible, the navy should consider putting a Sea RAM in the position previously occupied by the Phalanx...

Nice pictures Sir A.

Just wondering if PF-15 will be equipped with ASW, Anti ship armament such as the AGM-84 Harpoon and anti aircraft missile such as 9M311 (NATO: SA-19/SA-N-11)?

Will this ship be equipped with radar-directed fire-control system radar-controlled cannon for point defence.?

I hope this ship will not be a lame duck..

So many questions.. :eyes:

Thanks to anybody who has the answers! (|;)
