^ oh come on...  DND thru the AFP has always been on the thick of it.  Since this is actually a diplomatic (and international-grade) impasse, DFA thru our highest diplomat (Sec del Rosario) is already engaged and providing a singular tone.  No need to put up another front that would complicate things.
